Implementation Consultant
Inverid is the market leader in NFC-based remote identity verification. Companies and governments worldwide use our product ReadID, software that verifies identities remotely and reduces identity fraud. Our customers include banks such as ING, Rabobank, and ASB Bank (New Zealand), government agencies such as the UK Home Office and the Danish Digital Agency.
Our customers integrate ReadID into their apps and back-end software. As an implementation consultant you support them in setting up and using our ReadID technology. This starts already during the sales process and is further extended in the onboarding process. As implementation consultant you make sure you understand and clarify the customer requirements. You understand how passport chips work, their security and of course what ReadID does with them. Depending on the customer and use-case, biometrics (facial recognition), authentication and complementary identification technologies (e.g. optical, video, inferred) can be part of the solution.

You support new customers and partners in the onboarding and implementation of ReadID;
You advise new customers and partners on how to use ReadID in the best possible way;
You support the sales department as an advisor on technical questions and you also help existing customers with these technical questions, but you are not part of the helpdesk;
You ensure effective implementation of ReadID at multiple customers simultaneously, including technical integration and support;
You work with customers from all over the world, together with colleagues of different nationalities;
You work with a wide range of customer stakeholders, including architects, server and mobile developers, security and compliance staff, and the business;
You work with our internal experts to provide the best answers and solutions when implementing ReadID;
You contribute to improving API documentation, technical manuals, administrator guides, FAQs, sample code and whitepapers, based on your own experiences and those of customers;
You proactively involve product management in feature requests from customers and of course contribute to these initiatives yourself;
You will work closely with our Service Delivery and Customer Success departments.
You have a relevant BSc or MSc degree (computer science, software engineering or computer security);
You are a geek that loves tech and who truly understands customer needs and solves problems in the blink of an eye, resulting in satisfied customers who use our solutions without problems;
You have strong communication skills, can effectively manage customer expectations while maintaining clear and smooth contact with your colleagues;
You have the right technical knowledge to talk to your fellow developers as well;
You always want to learn, are open to feedback and also know how to give constructive feedback;
You have experience with both mobile (iOS, Android) and server/SaaS solutions and with integrations of REST APIs, JSON, XML and JWT;
You have strong analytical skills to solve complex problems and prioritize as needed;
You have a good command of the English language (verbal and written);
You have the ability to guide a ReadID implementation project at a customer from start to finish and then hand over to our Service and Customer Success team;
You live in the Netherlands or are willing to relocate to the Enschede area, working from our tech hub in Valencia is also an option;
You will work at least 2 days per week in the office.
