Trusted Identity Verification Software. Easy identity verification for everyone with a smartphone and an electronic identity document. Our ReadID technology is the most convenient, secure and scalable solution, exploiting the possibilities of NFC.
Scrum Master Inverid
Inverid is the market leader in NFC technology for mobile identity verification. Companies and governments worldwide use our ReadID software to verify identities remotely and reduce identity fraud. In doing so, we make life easier and more secure. Customers include banks like ING, Rabobank and ASB Bank (New-Zealand), government agencies like UK Home Office and the Danish Digital Agency, and digital online/signature services from itsme, SK ID Solutions and Digidentity.
Inverid is growing rapidly and is entering a new phase in its development, with the opening of international development and sales centres, and the expansion of our development teams. We were the winner of the FD Gouden Gazelle (medium-sized companies) for the fastest-growing company in the Eastern Netherlands and are among the 250 fastest-growing scale-ups in the Netherlands. We are based in the Netherlands (Enschede), with offices in London and Valencia. We currently have 65 employees with 17 different nationalities. The working language within Inverid is English.
In order to support further growth we are looking for a Scrum Master for one of the mobile feature teams. The mobile feature teams are responsible for continuously improving and upgrading the MRZ and NFC functionalities of our ReadID SDKs/Apps for both Android and iOS. At the moment we work Agile, but we want to fully adopt the Scrum framework step by step. Since we are working on the same product with three teams, we introduced Scrum@Scale to scale up the teams and still keep them productive.
As Scrum Master you will be joining our multinational highly skilled team of developers that cover various disciplines and technologies. Although each developer brings their own perspectives and specialties, we consider development a joint effort. We believe that close cooperation is the key to a high quality product offering. Our developers take pride in contributing to a product offering with impact on society. Cooperation is facilitated by our friendly working environment and flat and informal structure. Ideas for solutions are brought to the table by everyone and jointly discussed and explored. Furthermore, we have a very diverse and multinational customer base with their specific (technological) challenges, hence never a dull moment!
