With our growing customer base, we are looking for a Service Delivery Manager to strengthen our support team.

Inverid (the new name for InnoValor) was the first and is the leading provider of NFC technology for mobile identity verification - ReadID. Companies worldwide use our software to remotely verify identities and reduce identity fraud. With this, we make life easier and safer. Customers include banks such as ING, Rabobank and ASB New Zealand, government agencies such as UK Home Office and the Danish Digital Agency, and digital signature services such as SK ID Solutions and Digidentity. Our software is widely recognised as a leader in its field.

Inverid is growing rapidly and is entering a new phase in its evolution, with the opening of international development and sales centres, and the expansion of all development teams. We are the winner of the FD Gouden Gazelle (medium-sized enterprise) award for the fastest growing company is the East of the Netherlands (Overijssel, Gelderland, Utrecht) and are among the 250 fastest growing scale-ups in the Netherlands. We are based in the Netherlands (Enschede), with offices opening this year in London and probably Barcelona. We are currently a group of about 50 people of 12 different nationalities, including many highly skilled developers and architects. The working language within the company is English.

Your Job

  • ReadID is an innovative and technically complex semi-product (SDK, APIs), and you are the linking pin to the customer to ensure that the customer uses and continues to use ReadID in an optimal way

  • You extract the actual question from the customer. You determine the urgency and react accordingly. You do this reactively (customer questions) and proactively (e.g. based on logging or during periodic consultation with larger customers)
  • You mainly have contact with developers, architects, product owners and CloudOps people at the customer, for the more businesslike side you coordinate with the account manager. It is important to realise that the customer provides 1st line support to users
  • You work in a global context with customers worldwide, with highly educated colleagues of various nationalities
  • You report bugs to the ReadID product owners, propose new features to the head of product and, in case of new customers, ensure a warm handover from the colleagues that have guided the implementation
  • You coordinate with our team 24x7 about out of office hours P1 incidents
  • You take part in improving API documentation, tech guides, admin guides, FAQs, sample code and whitepapers, based on your experience with customers

What do we expect?

  • A university (MSc) or Applied Sciences degree with a digital/informatics component, e.g. computer science, computer security or software engineering, or compensate this with work experience in this field

  • You are not afraid of some REST API documentation, json files or JWT
  • You have good communication skills and can manage customer expectations well and also talk to your dev colleagues
  • You always want to learn, you are open to feedback and trigger-happy
  • You speak English fluently
  • To collaborate with the team, you come to our office in Enschede on a regular basis, usually at least two days a week
