Inverid (since November the new name of InnoValor) is the market leader in NFC technology for mobile identity verification. Companies and governments worldwide use our ReadID software to verify identities remotely and reduce identity fraud. In doing so, we make life easier and more secure. Customers include banks like ING, Rabobank and ASB Bank (New-Zealand), government agencies like UK Home Office and the Danish Digital Agency, and digital online/signature services from itsme, SK ID Solutions and Digidentity.

Inverid is growing rapidly and is entering a new phase in its development, with the opening of international development and sales centres, and the expansion of all development teams. We were the winner of the FD Gouden Gazelle (medium-sized companies) for the fastest-growing company in the Eastern Netherlands and are among the 250 fastest-growing scale-ups in the Netherlands. We are based in the Netherlands (Enschede), with offices in London and Valencia. We currently have 50 employees with 12 different nationalities. The working language within Inverid is English.

Your Job

Analyzing the business strategy and discussing all key areas and initiatives with business strategists and technology managers. Translate those requirements into a demand for new or enhanced IT capabilities over the short, medium, and long-term. Break down outcomes into defined parts.
Helping to define and decide on the right IT strategy and approach that will best support long-term business plans and goals, in line with cyber security standards and best practices.
Analyzing desired processes and outcomes and advise on the right combination of IT systems and components.
Aligning system architecture closely with service design.
In charge of devising, configuring, operating, and maintaining both computer and networking systems.
Advising on the best tools, frameworks, hardware, software, and other IT elements to achieve mid-term objectives.
Advising the teams on the specific software, hardware, and other elements needed to deliver defined IT project outcomes.
Working closely with the project teams to help them turn the architecture and their vision into reality. Feedback from engineers and end users will feedback into system design to ensure it aligns with both business goals and user needs.
Creating important reference document to ensure consistency and clarity across all project and IT implementations.

What do we expect?

An university (MSc) degree in computer science, software engineering, computer security or similar.
Experience with automation and continuous integration.
Experience with public-, e.g. AWS, Azure, and hybrid cloud.
Experience with Kubernetes.
Good command of the English language (speaking and written).
Security is important to you, in technology, organizational and in processes.
